No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. TheGreatTrader operates a strict no-refunds policy for all services, subscriptions, and fees. This policy applies to monthly subscription fees, activation fees, and any other charges associated with our services.
1. Monthly Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees for evaluation plans are charged in advance and are non-refundable:
- Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period
- Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for current period
- Access to the platform continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation
2. Activation Fees
The one-time $149 activation fee charged upon passing an evaluation is non-refundable:
- Fee is charged only after successful completion of evaluation requirements
- No refunds provided regardless of subsequent performance or circumstances
- Fee covers administrative costs and account setup processes
3. Rationale for No Refunds Policy
Our no-refunds policy exists for several important reasons:
- Service Nature: Our evaluation services are provided in real-time and cannot be "returned"
- Resource Allocation: Platform resources, data feeds, and support are allocated upon subscription
- Fair Evaluation: Ensures all participants are committed to completing their evaluations
- Operational Costs: Covers ongoing platform maintenance, data costs, and support services
4. Subscription Management
While refunds are not available, you can manage your subscription:
- Cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to services until the end of the paid period
- Reactivation is possible by subscribing again
5. Technical Issues
In case of technical issues affecting your evaluation:
- Contact support immediately for assistance
- We will work to resolve technical problems promptly
- Evaluation periods may be extended in cases of verified platform issues
- Refunds are not provided; service restoration is the remedy
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about charges or services, please contact our support team at support@thegreattrader.com. While we maintain our no-refunds policy, we are committed to addressing legitimate concerns and ensuring fair treatment of all users.
7. Legal Compliance
