• Achieve the specified profit target within the trailing drawdown limits
• Maintain 30% daily consistency (no single day exceeding 30% of total profits)
• Complete minimum 10 trading days
• Respect maximum contract limits for each plan
• Follow all platform rules and guidelines

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for TheGreatTrader services:

• Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance
• One-time $149 activation fee applies upon passing evaluation
• All fees are non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

6. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• Following all evaluation rules and platform guidelines
• Understanding that all trading is simulated
• Not attempting to manipulate or exploit the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

TheGreatTrader shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
